We recommend that our customers reserve a limousine early (at no extra charge) to be ensured that limousine at the time of the event. We can reserve a limousine for you over the phone or through email.


If you do not see your driver at a designated pickup point, please do not leave before calling our dispatch office at (800) 460 –1967. We will guide you to your escort. If you leave without calling us, you will be charged the full cost of the ride (or a no-show charge). In the event that we do not get advance notice from you, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes at regular pickup locations and up to 60 minutes inside air terminal pickup locations after the scheduled pickup time. We will then attempt to call your cell phone, your home telephone, or your contact individual’s telephone. If we do not get a response, we will send the limousine back to our office and you will be charged as a no show, the fee of which is the full price of the ride (or a no show charge) in addition to any lateness fee charges. To request the driver to wait, please call our dispatch office at (800) 460-1967. In the event that we do not receive notification from you after the time span, we will attempt to reach you once more. If no contact is made, you will be charged for the ride in addition to the hold up time. Thus a “No Show” charge is equivalent to the trip cost plus a waiting time charge if the client does not arrive at the designated area. If you cannot find your drive, please call (800) 460-1967 in order to avoid being charged a “No Show” charge.

Damages Resulting From Your Actions:

Exocit Limo NY will charge you the expense of cleaning the vehicle as a result of you or your guests getting sick (vomiting, etc.) in or damaging the vehicle. You likewise agree and acknowledge to pay all the related charges to restore the vehicle to its regular working condition.

Mastercard Transactions:

In order to prevent fraud, we check if funds are available on your credit card. This will appear as “Pending Funds” if you check your credit card account statement online. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges in the event you decide to make some additional stops you did not inform us of, or if you change your destination. We will then charge your card after the trip has been completed. All receipts are sent by email.


For corporate customers with accounts with us, all charges will be viewed as right and due on the day of service, unless we receive a complaint within 10 days of the service date. Copies of the receipt under dispute must be faxed or sent to us via email and the disputed charges or services must be specified. All complaints filed after the permitted time span period will be viewed as invalid and nonrefundable. For non-corporate customers, all charges connected to the client’s credit card will be considered valid unless we receive a complaint within 15 days of the charge date in question. Copies of the receipt or credit card statement under dispute must be faxed or sent to us via email, and the disputed charges or services must be specified.

Collection Fees:

You agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due in cases of non-payment.

Rates Changes:

Exotic Limousine NY can change the rate book and any of the services, charges, costs, fees and expenses at any time without prior notice.

Itemized Invoices:

For corporate clients with established corporate accounts, itemized invoices will be sent on a regular basis (every 15 or 30 days). For non-corporate clients and personal profiles, itemized invoices are sent only when requested.

Payment Due Date:

For corporate clients with established corporate accounts, all payments should be received no later than 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Payments not received within the time frame allowed shall incur interest charges added of 18% annually or 1.5% monthly. For non-corporate accounts and personal profiles, all payments should be received after requested service is completed. For credit card payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card after requested service is completed.

Point To Point Fare:

Those are prices calculated based on mileage and zones. Corporate accounts that meet the minimum usage requirements might be eligible for special discounts depending on volume. Check with a sales representative for special pricing.

Hourly Rates:

Package for vehicles rented hourly. Certain hourly minimums and zones restrictions apply.

Waiting Time:

A 30 minute for domestic or 45 minute for international grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups only. A 10 minute grace period is granted for all other pickups. Waiting time will be charged at 10 minute increments after the grace period. Exotic Limo NY checks all domestic and international flights one hour before the driver is dispatched, billing starts after grace period allowed from the estimated time of arrival (ETA). For train station pickups, train schedules cannot be monitored. Therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pickup time.


Price per stop varies based on distance and location. Please call us to request pricing. Courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper or to mail a letter, do not incur extra charges. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed for stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.


All round trip tolls are billed to the customer depending on the route chosen. Exotic Limo NY will collect payment for all round trip tolls to and from the designated destination. Exotic Limo NY only collects the tolls, we do not charge them.

Meet & Greet:

Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at no extra charge to stretch limousine, van and SUV clients ($15 extra for sedans). However, parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card. The driver will be instructed to meet the passenger by the baggage claim or the exit of customs with a sign that has his or her last name on it. The driver will then escort the passenger to the designated vehicle location and assist with the luggage. This package comes with a complimentary 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights from the arrival time.


All parking fees and other airport regulatory fees are not included and will be charged to the client (usually $8.00-$16.00 depending on time). We do not take these fees, these fees go directly to the airport parking lots.


A 20% gratuity is added to every trip. This gratuity is not the driver’s tip. The driver’s tip is not included in the final price of your requested service. Please take care of the driver.

Baby Seats:

Exotic Limousine NY recommends that parents and guardians bring their own baby seats. However, we can provide one for an additional $20 per seat requested. Please mention if you need baby seats when you place your reservation.

Holidays Surcharges:

Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge, may be applied to trips occurring on: New Year’s Day Memorial Day Labor Day Christmas Day Fourth of July Thanksgiving Day
